Нина Кривощекова в марте выложила на ютуб видеообращение жителей улицы Совхозная в Воткинске. Они вышли на разбитую дорогу с плакатами и попросили Путина отремонтировать водопровод и дорогу впервые за 35 лет.
Позже домой к Кривощековой пришли сотрудники центра «Э». Полицейский обещал подать на нее в суд, если женщина выложит запись их разговора в интернет. Кривощекова так и сделала.
На нее составили протокол о нарушении правил проведения публичных мероприятий (часть 2 статьи 20.2 КоАП РФ). Сегодня, 15 мая, суд признал Кривощекову виновной и назначил штраф в 5 тыс. руб., рассказала она «7х7». Женщина планирует обжаловать решение.
После жалобы Путина с жителями встретился глава города Алексей Заметаев. Он пообещал отремонтировать водопровод в 2024 году, а дорогу в 2026 году.
UPD. Кривощекова в разговоре с «7х7» 16 мая уточнила, что ее оштрафовали на 10 тыс. руб.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
