И сбил женщину-пешехода, которая шла по краю проезжей части. 51-летняя пострадавшая скончалась на месте до приезда скорой медицинской помощи. Виновник аварии сбежал с места ДТП, оставив автомобиль и потерпевшую на дороге.
Его задержали полицейские и выяснили, что он уже привлекался к ответственности за управление автомобилем в нетрезвом виде и без водительского удостоверения. По факту происшествия проводится доследственная проверка, выясняются все обстоятельства произошедшего.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
