Жители Элисты и депутаты городского собрания предложили назвать улицу в Южном микрорайоне, где жил Андрей Кунаков, в его честь. Глава Калмыкии Бату Хасиков поддержал инициативу.
Руководство и общественные деятели ДНР также предложили назвать в честь майора Кунакова одну из улиц Мариуполя.
«Считаю, что и мы должны почтить память воинов Донбасса и назвать в честь одного из них улицу в Элисте. Также в нашем городе должен появиться памятный знак героям специальной военной операции», — заявил глава Калмыкии.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
