28 мая 2025 г. в г. Душанбе состоялось XXXII заседание Консультативного совета руководителей консульских служб министерств иностранных дел государств-участников СНГ (КСРКС). В ходе переговоров обсуждалась практика исполнения государствами-участниками Совета Венской конвенции о консульских сношениях от 24 апреля 1963 года и двусторонних консульских конвенций, а также их сотрудничества в рамках Конвенции о правовой помощи и правовых отношениях по гражданским, семейным и уголовным делам от 7 октября 2002 года. Наряду с этим была затронута проблематика признания электронных документов и электронных подписей должностных лиц компетентных органов сторон.
