— Уголовная ответственность за мародерство до 15 лет. И это новая статья УК.
— Лишение свободы на срок до 3 лет за отказ участвовать в боевых действиях. Тут произошло ужесточение наказания.
— Лишение свободы на срок до 10 лет за дезертирство и неявку военнослужащих на службу по призыву
— Уголовная ответственность за повторное нарушение условий контракта по гособоронзаказу. От 4 до 8 лет колонии.
— Призванные на военные сборы из запаса будут нести уголовную ответственность за неявку или самовольное оставление места службы наравне с контрактниками.
Путин также утвердил упрощенное получение гражданства для иностранцев, служащих в армии России.
