"Il y a 1 hectare, avec beaucoup d'arbres, d'où la possibilité de faire de l'agro-foresterie aussi.
Le week-end prochain, je fais creuser une serre enterrée dessus, si quelqu'un veut faire des cultures toute l'année, la température d'une serre enterrée ne gèle pas.
J'en profite pour faire creuser une marre là où le sourcier m'a indiqué qu'il y avait de l'eau à 5 m.
Ensuite, pour se détendre, il y aura aussi un terrain de boule."

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
