Сотрудниками МЧС России потушены 5 пожаров, 2 раза горел мусор.

🔴 В Балакове на проезде Строителей горел 2-этажный расселенный дом. С огнем на 30 квадратах справились 3 пожарных расчета.

🔴 В Марксе пожарно-спасательные подразделения выезжали на загорание в подсобном помещении детского сада на ул.Либкнехта. Площадь пожара - 5 квадратных метров. Пострадавших нет. Персоналом учреждения проведена эвакуация шести детей. Причина ЧП устанавливается дознавателем МЧС России.

🔴 В Саратове на Танкистов горели 3 металлических отдельностоящих гаража на 63 квадратах. На тушение выезжали 3 пожарных расчета.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
