Детские правозащитники со всей России обсуждают первые результаты выездов в регионы в рамках инициированной Президентом Владимиром Путиным всероссийской инспекции профилактики социального сиротства.

На пленарной сессии Форума участников приветствовали Губернатор Андрей Травников, Уполномоченный при Президенте РФ по правам ребёнка Мария Львова-Белова.
