Добавлю лишь, что вывозом твердых коммунальных отходов у нас в Республике занимается единый региональный оператор — предприятие «Донснабкомплект». В его обязанности входит вывоз бытовых отходов с контейнерных площадок, а если площадка как таковая не оборудована, то мусор забирают из баков и в радиусе 2 метров от них. Это норма, установленная по всей России.
