Минфин России в письме от 17.12.2024 г. № 03-04-05/127683 отметил, физические лица, применяющие указанный специальный налоговый режим, освобождаются от обложения НДФЛ в отношении доходов, являющихся объектом обложения налогом на профессиональный доход.
