По мнению банкира, это несправедливо: российские компании и граждане фактически лишены возможности вернуть свои замороженные активы из-за границы, а иностранцы-акционеры Яндекса могут получить за актив полную цену.
"Почему западные инвесторы должны получить с нас сполна? Закончатся санкции, и вернем друг другу — они нам все, а мы им тогда по-честному".
Костин приводит сравнение с Макдональдсом, который привез собственные технологии в Россию и локализовал их. А Яндекс, по мнению банкира, - продукт российских разработчиков, который в свое время недорого купили иностранцы. "Их же поместили все под санкции, обобрали… и создали такие условия, а сейчас мы им берем и платим".

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
