Группа депутатов от ЛДПР во главе с лидером партии Леонидом Слуцким разработала законопроект, направленный на ужесточение требований к аренде жилых помещений мигрантами.
Предлагается:
⭕️штрафовать мигрантов, если те нарушают условия аренды;
⭕️штрафовать арендодателей, если жилое помещение сдали мигрантам, нарушающим эти условия;
⭕️дать право арендодателям расторгнуть договор и выселить иностранных жильцов, если они не платят дольше двух месяцев.
Размер предлагаемых штрафов — вплоть до 300 тыс. рублей.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
