Эксперты РИА «Новости» представили рейтинг российских городов по уровню зарплат в 2021 году.
Для составления рейтинга рассчитали соотношение средних зарплат в 100 крупнейших городах России и стоимости фиксированного потребительского набора. Средние зарплаты по городам (за вычетом НДФЛ) рассчитаны на основе официальной статистики за первое полугодие 2021 года, данные по стоимости потребительской корзины собраны на сайтах региональных отделений Росстата.
Лидеры (соотношение з/п и стоимости потребительского набора): • Салехард – 4,99 • Южно-Сахалинск – 4,76 • Москва – 4,61 • Анадырь – 4,38 • Ханты-Мансийск – 4,29 • Сургут – 4,05 • Санкт-Петербург – 3,94 • Магадан – 3,91 • Тюмень – 3,6 • Мурманск – 3,6

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
