В Якутске начала свою работу научно-практическая конференция по вопросам изменения климата и таяния вечной мерзлоты, в которой примут участие более 500 ученых, чиновников различных уровней, бизнесменов-практиков из разных стран мира.

Последняя конференция по климатологии такого масштаба проводилась в 1972 году!

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
