В ходе проверки прокуратурой было установлено, что ФКУ ИК-9 УФСИН России по Курской области в общежитиях осужденных локальных участков, в камерах ШИЗО, ПКТ не обеспечило подведение горячей воды к раковинам и умывальникам.
Курская прокуратура по надзору за соблюдением законов в исправительных учреждениях региона обратилась в суд с административным иском о возложении соответствующей обязанности.
Суд первой инстанции возложил на исправительную колонию обязанность обеспечить санитарно-технические приборы (умывальники, раковины) горячим водоснабжением в общежитиях осужденных локальных участков, в камерах штрафного изолятора и помещений камерного типа.
Решение было обжаловано колонией. Курский областной суд оставил его без изменения, жалобу - без удовлетворения.
Решение вступило в силу и должно быть исполнено в течение одного года.
