Anatoli Boukreev, the great Soviet and Kazakh mountaineer, once said: "Mountains are not stadiums where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, they are the cathedrals where I practice my religion." Mountains can be magnificent places if you are prepared; but if you are not, they are (to kill you)! 😬
Mountain climbing can be very fascinating; however, many of us would rather sleep in the early morning than climb a mountain and then come down to the first place. After all, it's like doing no work at all, right? Wrong. It can be proved! 🧗🏻♂️
