«Точка спокойствия» приглашает студентов на новый тренинг
Напомним, в рамках проекта «Твой ход» студенты Политеха открыли пространство для релаксации и восстановления. Здесь можно отдохнуть, восстановить силы после сложных пар и снять напряжение.
В «Точке спокойствия» уже прошли два тренинга с участием опытных психологов. ▫️Первый был посвящён расслаблению и самопознанию. ▫️Второй — управлению эмоциями и эмпатии.
Сегодня в 10:30 в аудитории 408 главного корпуса пройдет следующий тренинг. Для участия — пишите руководителю проекта Валерии Пановой.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
