По итогам совещания по вопросам туризма в администрации Оймяконского улуса будет принято ряд мер. На мой взгляд, развитие туризма должно ориентироваться на повышение доходов населения. К сожалению, в настоящее время лишь немногие предприниматели действительно зарабатывают на туризме из-за низкого потока туристов и его сезонного характера. Для увеличения этого потока в первую очередь необходимо направить внимание на туриста, улучшить качество обслуживания и предложить интересные услуги для туристов. Также следует активизировать работу по рекламе туристических маршрутов и событийных туров, чтобы привлечь больше посетителей.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
