فأحببت أنقل ما سمعته من ذريته، وهو أن السيّد يزور سيّد الشهداء عليه السلام غالباً، خصوصاً في الزيارات المخصوصة، فلا يفرط فيها، رغم كبر عمره وصعوبة حركته.
وأخير زيارة له لسيّد الشهداء عليه السلام هي قبل رحيله بشهر ونصف تقريياً، حيث زاره يوم عرفة، وقد جاء قاصداً من النجف فزاره من خارج، فوقف من جهة باب القبلة في صحن العقيلة فزاره وصلى صلاة الزيارة ورجع.
وهذه التربية نقلها إلى أبناءه وأحفاده ففي كلّ زيارة مخصوصة تجد أبناء السيّد الحكيم في العتبات المقدسة متواجدين، وفي إحياء شعيرة المشي سباقين. فرضوان الله عليه وحشره الله مع سيد الشهداء عليه السلام، وحفظ أبناءه السادة الأكارم.
