В рамках четвертой сессии в Лужниках соискатели лицензий разбирают вопросы физической и психологической подготовки: принципы и ценности философии тренера, модели поведения тренера и взаимодействия тренера вратарей и главного тренера команды, виды развивающей обратной связи и использование оборудования для когнитивного тренинга. Также слушатели пройдут итоговое тестирование и практику работы в микрогруппах.
Во время модуля тренеры провели несколько практических занятий, в том числе на футбольном поле, где им помогали игроки ФШМ 2009 года рождения.
В начале ноября соискателей лицензий ждут защита портфолио и итоговая аттестация.
