💢دیوان عالی کشور حکم قصاص و زندان عاملان قتل #داریوش_مهرجویی و همسرش را مورد تایید قرار داد.
📌فرزندان داریوش مهرجویی و پدر و مادر همسرش به عنوان اولیای دم درخواست قصاص را در شعبه یک دادگاه کیفری استان البرز ثبت کردند و خواستار مجازات متهمان شدند. هرچند متهمان که ابتدا به قتل‌ها اعتراف و جزئیات را بیان کرده بودند، در جلسه دادگاه، گفته‌های قبلی خود را انکار کردند اما در نهایت دادگاه رأی بر مجازات آنها صادر کرد.
📌این رأی مورد اعتراض طرفین پرونده قرار گرفت، چرا که وکیل اولیای دم مدعی بود ممکن است آمریتی در کار باشد اما قوه قضاییه اعلام کرد بررسی‌های زیادی انجام داده و به این نتیجه رسیده که آمریتی در کار نبوده است و متهمان به دلیل اختلافاتی که با همسر داریوش مهرجویی داشته‌اند مرتکب این قتل شده‌اند. خبر حوادث اجتماعی
