📃 В преддверии Дня матери состоялось чествование многодетных матерей области. Им вручили почетные дипломы губернатора Ростовской области «За заслуги в воспитании детей».

👩‍👧‍👦 Региональной награды удостоены 50 дончанок, достойно воспитывающих четырех и более детей. Вместе с дипломом каждая мама получила единовременное денежное поощрение в размере 100 тысяч рублей.

Награждение многодетных матерей почетными дипломами проводится с 2009 года. Уже 800 донских матерей удостоены этой награды.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
