Сегодня, 22 января, впервые в этом году часть бухты Золотой Рог покрылась ледяной коркой из-за сильных морозов, настигших Владивосток. Акватория замёрзла со стороны порта, а вот рядом с Корабельной набережной пока образуется только шуга. Фотографу Новостей VL.ru, несмотря на сбивающий с ног ветер, удалось запечатлеть редко замерзающую бухту Золотой Рог. Местами лёд выглядит плотным, но ледовую проводку, когда к плаванию допускаются только суда, имеющие высокий ледовый класс и главную силовую установку достаточной мощности, пока не объявляли.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups.
