В Камчатском крае в пункте базирования Подводных сил Тихоокеанского флота состоялась торжественная встреча атомного подводного ракетного крейсера «Омск», вернувшегося после успешного выполнения поставленных задач в зоне ответственности флота.

Командующий Подводными силами Тихоокеанского флота Герой России контр-адмирал Валерий Варфоломеев поздравил экипаж с успешным выполнением задач боевой службы и по традиции вручил командиру корабля жареного поросёнка. Командующий Подводными силами ТОФ отметил, что экипаж в очередной раз продемонстрировал профессионализм и высокую боеготовность, а техника и вооружение подтвердили свою надёжность.
