Die schnellen kleinen Mahlzeiten bestehen meist nur aus einer Obstsorte oder einer Hand voller Nuesse, meist Cashews, Mandeln, Paranuesse… Der Appetit auf Herzhaft wird mit fermentiertem Gemuese und den Pestos der letzten Tage gestillt, wie auf dem Bild! Das Ferment ist vom 08.01.2022 und besteht aus Porree, Moehren, Romanesco und Blumenkohl. Es ist schlicht und schmeckt phantastisch! Eine ordentliche Portion vom Petersilien-Hanf-Pesto drunter gemischt, macht eine ganze Mahlzeit daraus.
