«Очевидно, что больше всего рискуют граждане, которые на регулярной основе собирают ягоды и грибы, особенно жители тех регионов, где сбор является единственным источником дохода. Им следует очень внимательно изучать виды грибов и растений, которые они собирают и затем реализуют», — сказал Кольчик.
Также адвокат отметил, что составы, перечисленные в статье, могут породить формальный подход со стороны правоохранителей.
