📝و وفقًا لرأي صاحب جواهر الکلام، يجوز أداء صلاة أول الشهر في تمام النهار. واعتبر محمد تقي بهجت، أن وقت هذه الصلاة من أول طلوع الفجر. و بحسب فتوى لطف الله الصافي الكلبايكاني فإن قراءة هذه الصلاة صحيحة من أول طلوع الشمس إلى غروبها، و کذلك لا يستبعد صحتها قبل طلوع الشمس، ولكن من الأفضل قراءتها قبل طلوعها بنية الرجاء.
