⇦يَوم عرفة يَوم عظيم من أيَّام الله، يومٌ يباهي الله فيهِ الملائكة بأهل عرفاتٍ، يَوم تُكفرُ فيهِ السَّيئاتِ، وَتُقال فيه العَثرَات، وتجابُ فيهِ الدَّعوات، وَتسكبُ فيهِ العبرَات، وهوَ يَوم المَغفِرة والعُتق مِن النَّار، وَ ما رُؤيَ الشَّيطَان فيهِ أحقر مِن ذَلكَ اليَوم.

⇦حجَّ عبد الله بن جعفر -رضي الله عنهُ- ومعه ثلاثون راحلة وهو يمشي على رجليه بثلاثين ألفا وقال أعتقهم لله تعالى لعل الله أن يعتقني من النَّارِ.
⇦وقفَ حكيم بن حزام -رضي الله عنه- يومَ عرفة بمائة بَدَنَة مقلدة، ومائة رقبة، فأعتق المائة رقبة، وذبح المائة بدنة لله تعالى في هذا اليوم العظيم، فضجَّ الناس بالبكاء، وهم يقولون: هذا عبدٌ من عبادك أعتق عبيده، فأعتِق رقاب عبادك من النار.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
