Полиция: "28 октября в полицию обратился 24-летний житель Октябрьского района. Молодой человек сообщил, что обнаружил пропажу своего транспортного средства "ВАЗ", которое было припарковано возле дома по улице Плющихинская.
Сотрудники полиции просмотрев записи с камер видеонаблюдения, установили, что неизвестные, увидев транспортное средство, вскрыли его, с помощью технических манипуляций завели и поехали кататься. В пути следования подозреваемые совершили наезд на препятствие".

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
