Более 20 тонн гуманитарной помощи доставили в пункт временного размещения беженцев Донбасса в Неклиновском районе Ростовской области, где находятся эвакуированные воспитанники Донецкого дошкольного детского дома №1 «Теремок» и Донецкой школы-интерната №1. В этом ПВР проживает 606 детей.
«Передаём гуманитарный груз вместе с коллегами из Законодательного Собрания Ростовской области, общественных организаций из Дагестана и Москвы. 10 тонн груза собрали депутаты Госдумы, Мосгордумы в рамках акции «Собери ребёнка в школу». Очень важно, чтобы дети, оказавшиеся в трудной ситуации, 1 сентября без проблем вместе со всеми сверстниками успешно начали новый учебный год», - отметила замруководителя исполкома Московского отделения Единой России Ирина Елиферова.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
