🔻دومین خرابکاری، برش لوله محافظ و فیبرنوری آن، یک روز قبل از انتخابات بود.
🔻سومین مورد نیز مربوط به شناسایی فردی بود که در روز انتخابات با اره با هدف برش فیبرنوری در مسیر قرار داشت.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
