🌟را 114 بار بخواند و سپس چهار مرتبه سوره ی مبارکه ی قدر را بخواند آن گاه به چهار جهت یعنی راست و چپ و بالا و پایین بدمد و همین عمل را در شب های پنج شنبه و جمعه نیز انجام دهد
