Второй по популярности была семейная ипотека, на нее пришлось почти 12% заявок. IT-ипотека занимала около 2% спроса.
72% заявок подавались на покупку квартиры на вторичном рынке, годом ранее доля таких заявок составляла 55%. Интерес к новостройкам, напротив, упал в два раза — с 36% до 19%.
