«Я думаю, что закон примут в весеннюю сессию, в апреле-мае. В первом чтении за него уже проголосовали», – заявил Харитонов.
Депутат также отметил, что документ планировали принять до конца текущего года, однако сроки сдвигаются. Депутаты дорабатывают поправки, чтобы закон был сбалансированным с взаимовыгодным для всех потенциальных участников МТОР.
