يدعو حراك صوت العدالة إلى استرجاع الأموال الليبية المنهوبة التي استُخدمت في تمويل الحملة الانتخابية للرئيس الفرنسي الأسبق نيكولا ساركوزي عام 2007، مؤكدًا أن هذه الأموال حق أصيل للشعب الليبي ولا يمكن أن يسقط بالتقادم.
كما يطالب الحراك السلطات الليبية والدولية باتخاذ خطوات قانونية جادة لاستعادة هذه الأموال، وتسليمها إلى لجنة وطنية محايدة تمثل أقاليم ليبيا الثلاثة، مع محاسبة جميع المتورطين في نهبها أو التستر عليها.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
