🔹Выброс стоков происходит в систему ливневого водоотведения в период выпадения обильных осадков. Система ливневого водоотведения находится на балансе ЖКХ. Ранее мы уже освещали эту тему: коллектор находится в неисправном состоянии и во время дождей не функционирует в полном объеме.
