🌍MHE 70 : PROPOSITION TERRAIN ET HANGAR

Présentation du projet :

Terrain de 1200 m2
Hangar de 800 m2

Mise à disposition d'une partie du terrain pour des cultures partagées.

La zone rouge = laissée en culture libre.

Les conditions :
culture uniquement !
Pas d'animaux !
Les projets de Sam :
- constructions type serre Ă  entretenir.
- nettoyage des zones utilisées dans l idee de respecter les lieux.
- ramener de la terre végétale pour enrichir le sol.
- bonne entente 😁

Sam a quelques projets pour le bùtiment mais pas le financement nécessaire pour le moment.
Il peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© en attendant comme remise ou atelier de bricolage, stockage.

De nombreuses modifications du terrain sont à prévoir car il a été acquis récemment et pas du tout adapté pour la culture.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie MarĂ©chal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
