Вице-президент ЦИК Павел Постика сообщил, что такое решение было принято после того, как МИД РМ и Окружной избирательный совет не смогли выполнить решение ЦИК об организации 5 избирательных участков в РФ, хотя решения, вынесенные комиссией, являются обязательными.
"Они не определили ни помещений для избирательных участков, ни сотрудников избирательной комиссии, соответственно ЦИК не смогла отправить все необходимые материалы на эти избирательные участки. Избирательная комиссия приложила все возможные усилия, и мы выполнили все обязательства перед комиссией", - заявил Павел Постика.
