Последние дни в Москве своей хлябью напоминают о весне (что довольно парадоксально для начала января), и я вспомнила план наводнения Санкт-Петербурга двухсотлетней давности, который в ноябре встречала в классном канале GIS AND PEACE.
Источник этого плана — проект ЭтоМесто. И, как пишет автор канала, на крупном изображении можно увидеть отметки с глубинами затопления. Наводнение колоссальное (например, затоплены Сенная площадь и половина Невского) — а план очень красивый.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
