Апелляционный военный суд в Московской области ужесточил наказание екатеринбургскому пиарщику Ярославу Ширшикову. Вместо двух лет ему утвердили 5 лет колонии общего режима. Прокурор просил отправить Ширшикова в колонию на 6 лет.
Напомним, что поводом для уголовного преследования Ширшикова по статье о публичном оправдании терроризма в Интернете стал текст, опубликованный в его Telegram-канале о смерти прокремлёвского пропагандиста Владлена Татарского. В посте Ширшиков написал, что не испытывает сожаления по поводу его гибели и предполагает, что Татарского могли убить «свои же».
27 февраля суд приговорил Ярослава Ширшикова к 2 годам колонии общего режима.

That hurt tech stocks.
