🖥Raqamlashtirishga mas’ul tinglovchi xodimlarning bu boradagi bilimlarini shakllantirish, u asosda ishni tashkil etish yuzasidan Yagona integrator — "O‘zinfocom” MCHJ tomonidan viloyat markazidagi respublika ilmiy-amaliy tibbiyot markazi filiallari, Qarshi shahar va tumani poliklinikalarda o‘quv-seminarlari tashkil etildi.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
