Обсудили вопросы, связанные с реализацией мер по обеспечению соблюдения требований законодательства по защите прав и законных интересов дольщиков.
В своем вступительном слове Юрий Яковлевич отметил, что количество нарушений законодательства в сфере защиты прав и законных интересов участников долевого строительства по итогам 2022 года в ходе проводимой органами власти работы сократилось на 28%.
По итогам рассмотрения вопроса, Юрий Яковлевич поручил участникам совещания продолжить реализацию комплекса действенных организационно-практических мер, направленных на недопущение фактов строительства многоквартирных жилых домов с нарушениями требований федерального законодательства.
