"Сейчас масса примеров, что такое война, её можно начать, но попробуй её закончить. Вот эти разрушения, вот это горе людское, его нельзя поставить ни на какие весы … Что касается Молдовы и Приднестровья, то мы должны однозначно, искать диалог в переговорном процессе. Всё, только так", - сказал он.
