Событие произошло еще в августе, но почему-то нигде не освещалось. Итак, в мкр. Авиационном (Домодедово) предлагают:
▪️ Студии, 1-3-комнатные квартиры.
▪️ Площадь лотов - от 29 до 103 кв. м.
▪️ Ценник - от 3,8 млн рублей.

Немного о проекте: будет 7 корпусов высотой 12 этажей, класс - комфорт, обещанный срок сдачи - 2 кв. 2025 года.

Смущает не столько незамеченный старт, сколько агент по реализации - наш «любимка» «НДВ», известный своими продажами долгостроев и другими скандалами. 😳Остается лишь надеяться, что «карма» агентства никак не повлияет на «Космос» от застройщика «Скала».
