📊Вложения в площадки под жилье выросли в 2,4 раза и составили 110 млрд рублей. В 2,4 раза увеличился объем инвестиций в складском сегменте, в 1,6 раза — в офисном сегменте. При этом ретейл показал ожидаемо отрицательную динамику, в результате чего инвестиции в коммерческую недвижимость снизились на 5% и составили 208 млрд рублей.

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
