مهرشاد شهیدی، جوانی ۱۹ ساله و سرآشپز موفق بود که چند روز پیش از زادروزش در شهر اراک توسط ماموران سرکوب جمهوری اسلامی به قتل رسید. مهرشاد یک سرآشپز موفق، قهرمان ژیمناستیک و شنا بود و در دوچرخه‌سواری کوهستان، والیبال، کوهنوردی و بدنسازی هم مدال گرفته بود. روز ششم آبان ماه نیز، سالروز تولد مهرشاد است.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
