Белкова подозревают в злоупотреблении полномочиями при исполнении гособоронзаказа. По версии следствия, он приобрёл томограф для лечебно-диагностического центра Минобороны РФ за 121 млн рублей при реальной цене 76 млн.
Официального подтверждения информации о задержании Белкова пока не поступало.
