Как подать жалобу на закупку по 223-ФЗ❓

📑Порядок, сроки и условия подачи такой жалобы установлены статьей 18.1 Закона о защите конкуренции.

ℹ️Ее необходимо направлять в территориальное управление ФАС по месту нахождения заказчика. Центральный аппарат рассматривает жалобы на закупки от 500 млн рублей. Если заказчик входит в отдельный перечень*, центральный аппарат рассмотрит жалобы на закупки, цена которых превышает 100 млн рублей.
