Оренбуржец весной 2021 заказал такси через приложение. В ходе поездки водитель врезался в столб. В результате ДТП водитель такси умер. А пассажир обратился в суд для возмещений морального вреда.
Рассмотрев дело, суд принял решение о том, что ООО «Яндекс.Такси» должно выплатить 300 тысяч рублей в качестве моральной компенсации.
