Наш боец стал одним из 83 участников программы «Время героев». Для меня большая ответственность и честь присоединиться к ряду наставников и помогать Эдуарду строить карьеру по линии госслужбы. Впереди — большая совместная работа.
Желаю успехов всем участникам первого модуля программы. То, что сделали и продолжают делать наши бойцы на передовой, для России — бесценно.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
